We are often asked what we need to get started. First, MPS likes to set up a meeting at the property to go over anything that may need to addressed with the property. After we have inspected the property and you decide that MPS is right for you we simply need to collect a few pieces of information and the rest is up to MPS. We would need the current lead certificate, property insurance, a copy of the lease if there is a tenant, tenant contact sheet, balance of the rent due if any, and finally keys to the property.
